A yoga class that incorporates Hatha Yoga and Alignment with Gentle Stretch and Conditioning . The class is taught by Erica Fairfield RYT500. With over 700 hours in certification training, Erica has been teaching Yoga for over 10 years. She has been teaching classes to adults and children throughout the southbay area. Classes can be taught privately or in a group setting.
