November/December 2025: Time to opt in-or out of the June 2026 recital

Friday, January 9 2026: Costume Balances Due

Saturday, April 25th,2026: In-Studio costume rehearsal. This is mandatory for recital participants. We call this our “Cupcake Party” for all of our Shining, Shooting, Groovers, Level 1, and Level 2 classes and our “Pizza Party” for all teen and Level 1 & up classes. They will be held at different times and this information will be made known to you.

May 30-31 2026: Photo Weekend (no purchase necessary & optional), view picture day schedule HERE. 

Dress rehearsal is held the morning of the recital at the theater. Times to come to dress rehearsal will be staggered depending on the recital line-up. This time will be shared with each class closer to recital day. Dancers will be in full costume, hair and make-up for dress rehearsal. Parents will sit in the audience and watch their dancers numbers, once you’re dancer has completed their last number you’re welcome to leave the theater and return for check-in for the recital. 

Make-up will be the same across all classes, however each dance will have a specific hairstyle provided by the teacher.

Our recital is not possible without our parent & caregiver volunteers. We will ask for 1-2 parent/caregiver volunteers per stars, level 1 & level 2 classes. These volunteers will be backstage in dressing rooms with your dancer plus some others during the recital. They will not be allowed to be in the audience for recital. 

We will have recital merch available for purchase closer to May 2026, this will include t-shirts and sweatshirts with our recital logo on it! We will also have flowers and balloons to pre-order for pick up day of recital, as well as options for purchasing at recital.
